We have experienced all of these emotions simultaneously in the last few days in the aftermath of Ida’s powerful storm. Our office was entirely flooded with over 4 feet of rainwater; the force and volume of the storm destroyed dental chairs, state-of-the art X-ray + lab equipment, walls, floors, cabinets, etc. We are beyond grateful that our team and patients are safe. We are thankful that we only lost stuff!
Now that we’ve cleared the physical wreckage, we are moving forward with a plan to minimize interruption to your dental care. All patient information is safe and securely backed up via cloud, making our reopening much quicker and mainly dependent on repairing structural damage and replacing equipment. We are working on being up and running within 3 weeks. In the meantime, if you have a dental emergency, please give us a call and our doctors will call you right away.
For all of our patients and friends, including those that have been with us for years and travel from near and far for appointments, and have asked what you can do to help us during this trying time, we thank you so much for your love, loyalty and gracious offers of financial support.
